eHarmony

In 2012 Jackson Fish Market was hired by eHarmony to redesign their online experience as well as the overall look and feel of the brand.  With the redesign, we focused on empowering the user and creating more meaningful experiences. We created user profiles in magazine-like spreads that allowed the user to showcase their story. We introduced full-bleed photography, playful colors, clean typography and an ease of use. Most notably we designed a simpler onboarding process, cutting in half the time it takes a user to fill out their relationship questionnaire. By taking eHarmony's pre-existing tax-like forms and simplifying them to singular questions we were able to make the process be and feel quicker and seem-ably more enjoyable.
